Withdrawal period

You have a 14-day withdrawal period, starting from the day you receive your order. This is your legal right as a consumer when you buy online. Within this period, you can return your purchase without having to give a reason.

With bundles, you get a discount because you order several fragrances at once. If you return part of a bundle, the discount no longer applies to the fragrances you send back. We calculate the refund amount as the difference between the bundle price you paid and the price of the bundle you keep. 

Example: you order a bundle of 5 fragrances for € 34.35 and return 2 unused fragrances. You then keep 3 fragrances, and a bundle of 3 costs € 25.77. 
You receive € 34.35 − € 25.77 = € 8.58 back.

Return costs

To keep our perfumes as fairly priced as possible, the shipping costs for a return or exchange are at your own expense.

How to return or exchange

  1. Meld je retour of ruiling aan

    Meld je retour of ruiling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst aan via het herroepingsformulier

  2. Verpak je parfum zorgvuldig

    Verpak de parfum zorgvuldig, het liefst in de originele verpakking

  3. Verstuur je pakket

    Stuur het pakket naar het retouradres dat je van ons ontvangt

  4. Wij verwerken je retour

    We controleren je retour en regelen daarna je terugbetaling of nieuwe geur

We process an exchange within 2 working days of receiving your return. A refund will be in the account you paid with within 2 working days.

FAQ

 How do I send my return?

Pack the perfumes you're returning well, preferably in the original box, so nothing can break in transit. You can drop off the parcel at a parcel point near you. Keep your proof of postage with track & trace until the return has been processed. 

How long do I have to return an order?

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you received your order. Register your return within that period and then send the parcel back to us within 14 days.

Can I return one perfume from a bundle?

Yes, you can. Please note: the bundle discount depends on the number of perfumes. If you return one, we recalculate the discount based on the number you keep. We settle the difference with your refund.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

Send us an email at info@primori.nl with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll sort it out as quickly as possible, and the return costs are on us.
